New-Build/Overhaul/Repair Consulting

We provide inspection services for new-building, overhaul, and repairs. While not a full project management function, we attend the vessel at regular intervals to monitor progress and regulatory compliance. This prevents surprises and subsequent delays when the vessel undergoes a final inspection survey at the end of the project.

Total Project Management is another service we offer. Many years of Post-Disaster Construction Management experience has enabled me to competently handle almost any scale of shipbuilding or repair project.
